Thanksgiving Hours and Christmas Cartoon Celebration

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, the library will be closed Thanksgiving Day, Thursday Nov 24th and Friday, November 25th. Regular hours resume Saturday morning at 10am. We wish everyone a safe, tasty and enjoyable Thanksgiving.

On Saturday, December 3rd, as part of Boscobel's Community-wide Christmas Celebration, the library will be staying open late to celebrate! We'll be bringing a special guest, cartoon and caricature artist John Mundt, to the library from noon to 4PM. John will be here to brighten your holidays with free cartoon portraits for the entire family! Children and adults are welcome to come and have their picture drawn and to watch John in action as draws amazing likenesses suitable for gift giving, wall decorations and stocking stuffers.

All day long we'll also have tasty treats to eat and drink, Christmas movies playing,  drop-in activities for adults and kids and a mystery gift guessing game- guess the gift to win a prize! There will be something for everyone as you make your way downtown to enjoy a big bright Boscobel celebration.  For more information about other Christmas Celebration events around town, visit the Boscobel Chamber of Commerce event calendar.
