Boscobel History Club meets the first Thursday of every month

On June 6th, 6:30 pm in the downstairs clubroom at the library,  join us for the monthly meeting of the library's local history club. Come and share your questions and stories about Boscobel's past, or just stop by to listen. We cover everything from local family history, historic homes, long gone businesses, famous Boscobelians and local attractions like the Boscobel Fairground and Quarter mile track, Opera Houses and WI River ferries. All are welcome to attend and bring their souveniers from Boscobel's rich past. SPECIAL TOPIC THIS MONTH: SCANPRO3000, the library's brand new digital microfilm reader. We'll be demonstrating this new machine's capabilities to take a deep dive into Boscobel news dating back to 1862.
